This was my goal in initially commenting here on some of Godless' posts-tempering his excessive rationalism with some mysticism. I fondly recall Godless's shocked logical contempt when I cited portions of the Charmides on sophrosyne. Intellectual humility to Godless was like water to the Wicked Witch of the West. An admirable trait for a scientist, to be sure, but irresistible to antilogical cretins who enjoy being irritants.
