Didn't Jason Malloy mention a few threads back about how Chinese real IQ may be lower than we commonly think because of the Chinese government's reluctance to share that sort of information? I don't remember the thread, and I can't search the Haloscan archives (or can I?). 
 
Is there any more information on that?
