This truly is feascinating. The killer is that one genetic underclass is going to get thumped, and they are going to find it difficult to challenge the logic. 
 
First, consider how colleges with AffAm are race biasing education: don't give benefits to those who are minorities, give "diversity" credits: 5 points if you are poor, 2 points if you listen to rap, 7 points if you grow up in Compton, etc.  
 
Not a single diversity factor has a one-to-one identity to race, but collectively the racial effect is clear and strong (and in this case intentional): get fewer whites and more blacks and Hispanics. Their argument against allegations of racial bias against whites is "we are not race biasing, we are seeking diversity. No single factor is race determinative." 
 
Now consider genetic screening: don't charge for insurance based on race but on risk factors. $5 for having the XYZ1 impulsiveness gene, $2 for having the ABC9 dumbness gene, $7 for the PQR4 sickle cell gene, etc.

Lefties will simultaneously undercut the bases of their own (covert and deliberate) race biasing in education and hiring in order to challenge the (completely inadvertent) race biasing in genetic screening .. and how are they going to claim that genes are a "legacy of slavery"?

For Darwinists an other committed materialists, I would have to say the letters (prayers, really) are probably depressing.  
 
Frankly, to prevent depression I'd recommend y'all avoid churches, weddings, funerals, baptisms, bar mtzvahs, hospitals, deathbeds and other similar places or you may run into a lot of unenlightened people praying and asking deep, searching questions.  
 
Worse yet (and this will really depress y'all) they do it right out loud where everyone can hear and don't just put it down on paper and seal it up where no one (except God, or so they thought) will see it.

I figure No Child Left Behind is a great way to make folks face ugly racial realities. Take the "everyone is equal" ideology right over the top, and demand that all failures be published.  
 
People will soon see certain common differences in performance -- in rich schools, in poor schools, in cities, in towns, and regardless of the race of the administrators and teachers.  
 
When all of the differences show up the same, folks wil have to ask, "why?"

"Nazi-sympathizing"? I'm afraid you lost me. What does that have to do with his science? Is that some cryptic way of saying his scientific work has been challenged and found wanting? If so, would you just be a bit more direct and say what of his work should be ignored or denied?

Parentage, child support, inheritance rights, descent and a bunch of other issues are conflated in this law. Razib touches on only a couple. Let me suggest some others.  
 
Who is the father? Anyone? What about his rights? Can he give them up? Must the courts respect a personal greement between them to surrender his rights and responsibilities? Why? Can a child by contract have only a single parent? If so, why can't I use my "natural sperm applicator" instead of IVF, and get the girls to sign away all my obligations? Is a court obligated to accept that? Even in a state with mandatory father disclosure? 
 
Big issues here, guys. Not a trivially one sided as a bunch of liberated college kids and Deep Thinkers would immediately grasp.

Of course they care about the racial makeup of their tams. The Chinese are out to benefit China, which means racial Chinese. Period. As long as your Chinese blood is not tainted by miscegenation with non-Chinese, you can pretty much make aliyah to China at an time. We can expect many American-educated Chinese engineers, scientists and scholars to do so within the next two generations.

The whole point was to take maternal health out of the equation and make us face the fact that the goal of abortion WAS "fetal extinction." 
 
In rejecting partial birth abortion bans, the courts recognized sub rosa that fetal extinction is the purpose behind abortion -- or rather that a woman is entitled to an abortion on demand, AND can take affirmative preliminary measures (fetal chemical poisoning and/or brain extraction) to insure that an otherwise perfectly normal, perfectly healthy viable child is born dead.  
 
No offense, but given this political and legal reality, why would one think that an alternative procedure for fetal extraction would change things?

Jaimito is right. Brazil is more like the USA. We are going to have to prepare ourselves for the utter destitution, favelas, prostitution, rampant AIDS and the like. We will likely have to look after our own. Pity.  
 
Me? I am waiting for the Mexican elite begin moving from Mexico. They have managed to fool dumb-as-a-box-of-rocks Mexican peasants for almost 100 years with Cosmic Mestisaje stuff. They will begin moving here once there is a big enough racial and electoral base of malleable Mexicans to rule. They are just going to transplant their Mexican methods to America.  
 
Right now they can bleed Mexico dry and the peasants love it. They can beat them, starve them, kill them and the peasants still love it and lick their overlord's hands. Amazing! That, my friends, is political power.  
 
Think about it. Is there anything that says the mayor of LA has to be a citizen? If Vincente Fox were elected LA mayor, wouldn't he get a work visa? If we didn't give him a work visa, wouldn't it be white Ingles gringo racism? Disenfranchising La Raza? 
 
But even if the white Mexican elite can't step right into American politics, look for them to start gobbling up all the Mexican affirmative action slots. For every five peasants they send over the border, we are going to have to pay for one Mexican to go to college free. Otherwise American colleges won't meet their affirmative action figures. Hell, Harvard has to go straight to Africa with a bundle of scholarships in hand to get qualified black students. Look to see the same thing in Mexico as the number of Mexican peasants increase radically. 
 
Actually it is a truly inspired scam. You send the dumbest, bottom, starving, 10% of your population to America . Then you yell at white America because none of the folks you starved out are going to American colleges. As the number of peasants grows, American colleges, guilt-ridden at the tiny percentage matriculating, come directly to your country and give your rich (and smart) children a full scholarship to American universities.
