The march of history.... Zimbabwe's white farmers are leaving. Here is the most telling quote (from a native African):

"We wake up in the morning with no food," said Mr. Tafirenyasha, 18. "We need help. Those who are good in agriculture, they should continue. Those white farmers, they must stay for now."

Of course, the "for now" point indicates how deep an apprecation for their white brothers and sisters blacks in Zimbabwe have (and yes-for good reason too).
