What's the real reason?
The South African government is trying to
block use of a drug that helps prevent mother to child transmission of HIV. Their reasons seem pretty lame. South Africa has had a serious problem with combating AIDS in comparison to some other African countries-Uganda for instance. The problem is the political class. I can't believe that Thabo Mbeki
really believes any of the quack-science he occasionally spouts-so what's the real reason?
