The Twins commercial for
Coors Light is on a lot, and I wonder, how is it that there are so many brilliant men, but commercials like this are what sells goods to us? Then I remember, though men are smarter, we're also dumber.
Godless clarifies just so someone won't take this out of context:
Razib doesn't mean that men are smarter than women on average.
Jensen says there's no discernible difference between the *average* intelligence (meaning psychometric
g ) of males and females, and provides copious documentation. Razib probably meant that the higher male variance means that the smartest males are the smartest humans, and the dumbest males are the dumbest humans.
Razib clarifies: Yeah, that's what I meant.
